(KFFL) Scott Brown, of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, reports Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Bruce Arians said the bye week helped RB Willie Parker's toe, but Parker is not 100 percent and likely will not be for the rest of the season.
