.Darren Sproles (RotoWire) Sproles has nine carries for 26 yards and one reception for seven yards but did not score a touchdown in Sunday's win at Denver. Analysis: The Chargers were extremely effective running the ball in this game, but Sproles and Tomlinson were both on the sideline for much of the fourth quarter as the Bolts had a big lead.2 hours
.Mike Sims-Walker (RotoWire) Sims-Walker had eight catches for 91 yards and one touchdown in Sunday's win over the Bills. Analysis: Sims-Walker had his touchdown catch in the last minute of Sunday's game, proof that not only is David Garrard looking to him often (nine targets), but in the most important situations.4 hours
.Maurice Jones-Drew (RotoWire) Jones-Drew ran for 66 yards and a touchdown in the Jags' win over the Bills on Sunday. Analysis: While MJD only had 2.6 yards per carry on Sunday, he's still averaging 4.8 YPC this year, and fantasy owners should still consider him a top-five running back.4 hours
.Snelling scores twice Week 11 (TheHuddle) The Associated Press reports Atlanta Falcons RB Jason Snelling had 25 carries for 76 yards with two rushing touchdowns Week 11. He also caught three passes for 13 receiving yards. Analysis: Snelling filled in nicely for the Falcons in light of the injury to their star runner Michael Turner who could miss another game or two while nursing a high ankle sprain. Fantasy owners should certainly make acquiring Jason Snelling a priority since he could get the bulk of the carries for Atlanta going forward. He should be considered a No. 2 runnin... (More)16 hours
.Clary carted off with ankle injury (FFChamps) San Diego Chargers' tackle Jeromey Clary was carted off the field Sunday with a left ankle injury. Clary injured the ankle when a Bronco defender rolled up on his leg. He did not return to San Diego's 32-3 rout of division rival Denver. Analysis: In the post-game presser, coach Norv Turner alluded to Clary's injury potentially being of the significant variety. San Diego's offense is purring right now, but every chain is only as strong as it's weakest link...Brandyn Dombrowski is Clary's backup, and will most likely be the man who steps up and tries to avoid being that weak link.17 hours
.Kevin Faulk (RotoWire) Faulk carried twice for four yards and caught five passes for 53 yards in Sunday's win over the Jets. Analysis: This was a more typical usage of Faulk by the Patriots -- i.e. more involved in the passing game than as a runner -- than last week's season-high workload of 12 carries.18 hours
.Darren McFadden (RotoWire) McFadden had six carries for 25 yards and caught three passes for 10 yards in Sunday's 20-17 win over Cincinnati. Analysis: Meanwhile, Justin Fargas carried the ball eight times for 32 yards and Michael Bush added four rushes for 27 yards. Unless McFadden is still injured, it's sort of curious why Oakland would give an even distribution of work among three runners, considering McFadden was a high draft pick. While Fargas and Bush aren't stiffs, at some point the Raiders need to feature McFadden to see if he can be an every-down back.18 hours
.Rodgers plays well Week 11 (TheHuddle) The Associated Press reports Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers went 32-for-45 for 344 yards and two touchdowns in Week 11. Analysis: Another solid outing for Rodgers and the Packers offense as the talented Green Bay signal-caller continues to make plays and guide the team to victory. However, with the Packers defense battling key injuries it would not be hard to imagine Rodgers' numbers not increasing over the last weeks of the season with Green Bay likely being involved in more high scoring games.18 hours
.Tony Scheffler (RotoWire) Scheffler had one catch for 12 yards on Sunday against San Diego. Analysis: Scheffler has had a disappointing fantasy season so far and remains a questionable player for a roster spot.18 hours
.McFadden gets nine touches (Rotoworld) Darren McFadden ran for 25 yards on six carries and caught three passes for 10 yards in the Raiders' Week 11 win. Analysis: McFadden's nine touches were second to Justin Fargas (ten), even though Michael Bush (four) started the game. McFadden will be the best bet for work here going forward, but he needs to make Fargas and Bush irrelevant again to be considered for fantasy use. He is still worth owning in all leagues.19 hours
.Scheffler held to 12 yards in Week 11 (Rotoworld) Tony Scheffler was held to one reception for 12 yards against the Chargers in Week 11. Analysis: The matchup was right against a San Diego defense that struggles to cover tight ends, but the Broncos simply didn't use many two tight-end sets. He's now been held to just one catch in three of the last four games and can't be trust in fantasy leagues.19 hours
.Sproles held to 33 yards in Week 11 (Rotoworld) Darren Sproles rushed nine times for 26 yards and added one reception for seven yards against the Broncos in Week 11. Analysis: Sproles remains nothing more than a role player in the Chargers offense. He had a chance for more work with the game out of hand in the second half, but Mike Tolbert and Jacob Hester split 14 carries and 104 yards instead.19 hours
.Roddy White held to 45 yards in Week 11 (Rotoworld) Roddy White was held to four catches for 45 yards against the Giants in Week 11. Analysis: White was targeted a team-high 12 times, but the shutdown version of Corey Webster reappeared and shadowed him around the field. White is on pace for 82 receptions, 1,141 yards, and 10 TDs. Start him with confidence against the Bucs next week.20 hours
.Snelling totals 89 yards, 2 TDs in Week ... (Rotoworld) Jason Snelling rushed 25 times for 76 yards and two touchdowns and added three receptions for 13 yards against the Giants in Week 11. Analysis: Snelling was the best player on Atlanta's offense for much of the game, earning his hard-fought yardage against a stout Giants front-seven. If Michael Turner (ankle) remains out next week, the three-down back Snelling is a must-start against the Bucs at home.20 hours
.Packers | Rodgers plays well Week 11 (KFFL) The Associated Press reports Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers went 32-for-45 for 344 yards and two touchdowns in Week 11. 20 hours
.Eli throws for 383 yards in overtime vic... (Rotoworld) Eli Manning completed 25-of-39 passes for 384 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception in Week 11 to lead the Giants past the Falcons in overtime, 34-31 Analysis: Eli was wobbly early -- and heard about it from the home crowd -- but he was practically flawless the rest of the way. It was amazingly Eli's first 300-yard performance at home, and the 384 yards are a career high. He's now posted two straight quality starts after a three-game funk in October. Eli is a borderline QB1 at Denver this Thursday.21 hours
.Giants | Manning throws three TD passes Week 11 (KFFL) The Associated Press reports New York Giants QB Eli Manning was 25-for-39 for a career-high 384 yards with three touchdown passes and an interception Week 11 against the Atlanta Falcons. 21 hours
.Falcons | Snelling scores twice Week 11 (KFFL) The Associated Press reports Atlanta Falcons RB Jason Snelling had 25 carries for 76 yards with two rushing touchdowns Week 11. He also caught three passes for 13 receiving yards. 21 hours
.Morgan catches one ball for five yards (Rotoworld) Josh Morgan caught just one ball for five yards in Week 11. Analysis: His biggest contribution was a 76-yard kickoff return in the first half. Morgan doesn't get enough balls thrown his way to have significant fantasy value. He's barely worth owning in 10-team leagues at this point.21 hours
.Roddy White (RotoWire) White had four catches for 45 yards as the Falcons fell to the Giants in overtime 34-31. Analysis: No scores on Sunday, but White is among the best fantasy receivers out there. Expect a better showing next week against the lowly Buccaneers.21 hours
.Jason Snelling (RotoWire) Snelling rushed 25 times for 76 yards and scored two touchdowns replacing the injured Michael Turner (ankle) as the Falcons' starting running back on Sunday. The Falcons lost in overtime 34-31 to the Giants. Analysis: Snelling prepared all week to be the team's starter despite the Falcons not officially ruling out Turner until just a few hours before kickoff. Overall, this was a very good spot start for Snelling, whose never had the opportunity to be the every-down running back in his short career. However, we'll be back on Turner/Jerious Norwood (hip) watch this upcoming week and keep an eye on Snelling's chance of starting next Sunday.22 hours
.Aaron Rodgers throws for 344 yds, two sc... (Rotoworld) Aaron Rodgers completed 32 of a season-high 45 passes for 344 yards and two touchdowns in the Packers' 30-24 win over San Francisco in Week 11. Analysis: Rodgers shredded San Francisco for for his seventh multi-touchdown game in the last eight weeks. Most promisingly, the Packers protected Rodgers well (he took only two sacks), allowing him to take more vertical shots. On his second-quarter touchdown to Greg Jennings, Rodgers operated from the shotgun to hit Jennings over the middle and watch him do the rest of the work down the seams. Rodgers has another highly favorable matchup at Detroit in Week 12.22 hours
.Winslow catches five for 29 (Rotoworld) Kellen Winslow caught five balls for 29 yards in Week 11. Analysis: The final numbers are uninspiring, but Winslow's team-high target total (13) was. Josh Freeman had his first truly bad NFL performance, limiting all of his pass catchers' stats. Keep Winslow going at Atlanta in Week 12.22 hours
.Sims-Walker nets 91 yards, TD in win (Rotoworld) Mike Sims-Walker snagged eight passes for 91 yards and a touchdown in Week 11 against the Bills. Analysis: Sims-Walker enjoyed another fine fantasy day as David Garrard's go-to receiver. He caught multiple third down passes and grabbed a game-winning three-yard touchdown with less than a minute to go in the fourth quarter.22 hours
.Jones-Drew nets 84 yards, TD in Week 11 ... (Rotoworld) Maurice Jones-Drew rushed 25 times for 66 yards and a touchdown and caught for passes for 18 yards Sunday as the Jaguars topped the Bills 18-15. Analysis: The Jags pounded the ball with Jones-Drew for most of the day, as expected. He had trouble breaking free, but still netted 84 yards and managed to find pay dirt on three-yard scamper in the second quarter. He remains a top fantasy play heading into next week's matchup with the 49ers.23 hours
.Sims-Walker injured in fourth quarter Su... (Rotoworld) Mike Sims-Walker suffered an injury in the fourth quarter Sunday. Analysis: He was able to walk off the field under his own power and later returned.23 hours

Analysis: Morris and Taylor continue to be sidelined, so Laurence Maroney and Kevin Faulk will split carries in the Patriots backfield against the Jets. Sam Aiken is also inactive, so look for more targets for Julian Edelman for To... (More)23 hours
.Colts inactives for Week 11 (FFChamps) The Indianapolis Colts have announced the following players as inactive for today's game against the Baltimore Ravens: QB Jim Sorgi, K Adam Vinatieri, WR Anthony Gonzalez, CB Kelvin Hayden, RB Mike Hart, DB Aaron Francisco, G Mike Pollak and TE Gijon Robinson. Analysis: Matt Stover will continue the kicking duties for the Colts; while rookie receivers Pierre Garcon (who was questionable) and Austin Collie will get a fair amount of targets against the Baltimore defense.1 day
.Roddy White active Sunday against the Gi... (Rotoworld) Roddy White is active Sunday against the Giants, as expected. Analysis: White was listed as questionable on the injury report coming in, but hasn't missed a game in his five-year career. The Giants have struggled badly to cover No. 1 receivers of late, so White is a high-quality WR1 play on Sunday.1 day
.Falcons inactives for Week 11 (FFChamps) The Atlanta Falcons have declared the following players as inactive for today's game against the New York Giants: RB Michael Turner, RB Jerious Norwood, WR Brian Finneran, LB Spencer Adkins, OT Garrett Reynolds, DT Trey Lewis, OL Quinn Ojinnaka, and third QB John Parker Wilson. Analysis: White has been listed as questionable for the past three weeks and hasn't missed a game. He'll start against a struggling Giants' defense coming off their bye week while getting CB Aaron Ross back.1 day
.Kenny Britt (RotoWire) Britt will be starting at receiver for the second straight game Monday, the Associated Press reports. Analysis: Britt continues to get the starting nod while Justin Gage (back) is injured. Last week he only had two catches.1 day
.Kyle Orton not expected to go Sunday (FFToolbox) According to the Denver Post, barring an overnight medical miracle that heals Denver Broncos quarterback Kyle Orton's bum ankle, Chris Simms will be the team's starting QB Sunday against the San Diego Chargers with sole possession of the AFC West lead at stake. While Simms has taken the first-team snaps all week, Orton has been unable to practice due to a sprained ankle, which he suffered last week against Washington. Orton has tried hard to get his ankle to heal. But as of Saturday afternoon, it had not recovered enough to play. Orton d... (More)1 day
.Raiders | Bush to start in Week 11 (KFFL) David White, of the San Francisco Chronicle, reports Oakland Raiders RB Michael Bush will remain the team's starting running back in Week 11. However, head coach Tom Cable is expected to go with the hot hand in a rotation with RBs Darren McFadden and Justin Fargas. 2 days
.White questionable again (FFChamps) Atlanta Falcons' wide receiver Roddy White is listed as questionable for the third consecutive week.  The Falcons travel to New York to face the Giants in Week 11. Analysis: No worries here, White has been questionable the last three weeks, and looked fine each week. Expect more of the same in New York from Matt Ryan's favorite target on the outside. Assuming the status quo holds, and White is out there on Sunday, we have him as a top-15 play at wide receiver this weekend against a suspect Giants' secondary.2 days
.Jones limited, questionable (FFChamps) Houston Texans' wide receiver Jacoby Jones (calf) was limited in practice Friday, and is listed as questionable for Monday night's game against the Tennessee Titans. Analysis: Jones was limited in practice, and appears will not be 100% by gametime, even with the extra day to rest and heal. Jones is a supremely athletic wideout with big play potential in the Texans' high octane offense. He is terribly inconsistent though. Obviously, as long as robo-receiver Andre Johnson is in town, Jones will never be more than a second option. More)2 days
.Stroud ruled out for Week 11 (FFChamps) Buffalo Bills' defensive tackle Marcus Stroud (knee) has been ruled out for the team's Week 11 matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Analysis: Buffalo has the worst run defense in the league. Stroud is Buffalo's best run-stopper. Maurice Jones-Drew scores touchdowns whenever he wants to. He plays the Bills this weekend. How do you see this story ending? MJD was our No. 1 fantasy play at running back this weekend whether the big fella in the middle for the Bills played or not, but without Stroud clogging the lanes, Jones-Drew will probably... 40.Morris questionable (FFChamps) Speaking to reporters from the Boston Globe today, New England Patriots' running back Sammy Morris said he felt "Sore, but good" and that he was taking his knee injury "day by day." Morris is listed as questionable to face the Jets this Sunday, and has not played since injuring the knee in Week 6. Analysis: The Patriots' are almost comically evasive about disclosing their players' injuries and status for upcoming games. Add in coach Bill Belichick's propensity to shuffle his backs around as the game dictates, and predicting which running back will reap the rewards of The Hoodie's ... (More)2 days
.Sammy Morris feels 'good' for Sunday (FFToolbox) The New England Patriots' backfield is about to get a little more muddled. With injuries sidelining Sammy Morris and Fred Taylor for the past month, it was clear that Laurence Maroney was the team's No. 1 back, with Kevin Faulk pitching in. Last week, Maroney fumbled near the goal line against the Colts and that led to more carries for Faulk. Now it looks as if Morris is ready to return from his Oct. 18 knee injury. Morris participated in a full week of practices for the first... (More)2 days
.Turner doubtful (FFChamps) Atlanta Falcons' running back Michael Turner is listed as doubtful for this Sunday's game against the New York Giants because of the high ankle sprain he sustained last week.  He did not practice all week. Analysis: OK, Michael Turner isn't going to play. You heard it here first. Enough already. The only question for the Birds this weekend is whether Jerious Norwood will steal some of Jason Snelling's third-strin... (More)2 days
.Kenny Britt (RotoWire) Britt is expected to start at receiver again on Monday night againt the Texans, the Tennessean reports. Analysis: Britt has not gotten much opportunity to become a top receiver so far this year, but he will get more Monday with Justin Gage out with a back injury.2 days
.Bush to start against Bengals (FFChamps) Oakland Raiders' head coach Tom Cable announced that Michael Bush would get the nod as the team's starting tailback against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11. Analysis: Bush topped the century mark last weekend, which pretty much nobody in the fantasy football world forecasted (a stray touchdown, perhaps...but Bush is not known for piling up the yards, even against matador defensive fronts like the Chiefs). And while Bush may be the starter this Sunday against Cincinnati, it's nearly impossible to predict which Raider back will prosper...if any. Cincinnati's defense is number two in the league agai... 45.Falcons' Michael Turner doubtful; Roddy White, Jerious Norwood questionable (FFToolbox) Three of the Atlanta Falcons' more critical offensive skill players are at least questionable to play Sunday against the New York Giants. Running back Michael Turner is the most unlikely of the three to participate. He has not practiced since suffering a high right ankle sprain last Sunday and is listed as doubtful. Jason Snelling is expected to start in his place. Fellow backup running back Jerious Norwood was reportedly a "long shot" to play earlier in the week, but he pract... (More)2 days
.Jason Snelling (RotoWire) With Michael Turner (ankle) listed as doubtful and Jerious Norwood (hip) questionable, Snelling remains in line to start Sunday against the Giants. Analysis: Even if Norwood plays, he'll be returning from a long layoff and may not be ready for many touches. All signs point to a heavy workload for Snelling, making him a viable starting option in most formats.2 days

.Buccaneers | Winslow to play Week 11 (KFFL) Updating a previous report, Roy Cummings, of The Tampa Tribune, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Kellen Winslow (knee) will be able to play in Week 11. 2 days
.Maurice Jones-Drew (RotoWire) Jones-Drew gets a great matchup this week against the Bills, who rank last in the NFL in run defense. Analysis: Not that you really need an excuse to start Jones-Drew, but this game has as much potential as Tennessee's Chris Johnson had heading into the Week 10 matchup against the Bills. They have several defensive starters out, including Marcus Stroud, and have been getting shredded by the run all season.2 days
.Giants | Manning probable for Week 11 (KFFL) Ralph Vacchiano, of the New York Daily News, reports New York Giants QB Eli Manning (foot) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 20. He is listed as probable for Week 11 and will be able to play. 2 days

.Kellen Winslow (RotoWire) Winslow (knee) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Saints, the Saint Petersburg Times reports. Analysis: Winslow, who matched his season-high with 102 receiving yards against Miami in Week 10, is safe to roll with again Sunday versus the Saints.2 days
.Roddy White (RotoWire) White (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants, the New York Daily News' Ralph Vacchiano reports. Analysis: The questionable tag has become a weekly trend for White, but he's played the last two weeks and we aren't overly concerned about his Week 11 status. We don't want you to get burned, however, so check back Sunday morning to verify White's availability.2 days
.Roddy White questionable again (Rotoworld) Roddy White (knee) is listed as questionable for Week 11, but is fully expected to play against the Giants. Analysis: White's been "questionable" for three weeks running, but hasn't missed a game. He'll start against a Giants club that struggles to stop No. 1 wideouts.2 days
.Eli Manning (RotoWire) Manning (foot) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against Atlanta, the Newark Star-Ledger reports. Analysis: Manning's foot may be healthier than it's been since the initial injury, and he has a terrific matchup against the Falcons' struggling pass defense.2 days
.Falcons | White questionable for Week 11 (KFFL) D. Orlando Ledbetter, of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, reports Atlanta Falcons WR Roddy White (knee) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 20. He is listed as questionable for Week 11 but will be able to play. 3 days

.Report: Anthony Gonzalez may return Week... (Rotoworld) NFL.com's Jason La Canfora reports that Anthony Gonzalez has a "chance" to return in Week 12 against the Texans. Analysis: La Canfora confirms the obvious -- that Gonzo won't play Sunday against the Ravens -- but says he is "expected" to resume practicing next week. Gonzalez would be just three weeks removed from knee surgery in Week 12, so the Colts definitely wouldn't immediately reinsert him into the starting lineup. We'd bet heavily against him helping anyone in the fantasy playoffs as well.3 days
.Anthony Gonzalez (RotoWire) Gonzalez (knee) says he's making progress and could return after a couple of games, the Indianapolis Star reports. Analysis: After spraining a PCL ligament in his right knee in Week 1, Gonzalez had a setback and underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee on Nov. 6. It sounds like Gonzalez believes he can return this season, but fantasy owners shouldn't count on him playing again. It's not clear what role he'd have if he returned with the development of Austin Collie and Pierre Garcon.3 days
.Colts | Gonzalez believes he is close to returning (KFFL) Mike Chappell, of The Indianapolis Star, reports Indianapolis Colts WR Anthony Gonzalez (knee) said he believes he is close to returning to the lineup. 3 days

Analysis: "I felt like I was close the last time," Gonzalez said. "So in that sense, it's a little hard to say. I do feel the 'scope I had helped a lot." Gonzalez did not offer a return date, though, and the Colts have yet to set a timetable. With Pierre Garcon and Austin Collie playing, Gonzalez has not been missed this season. The Colts have no reason to rush him back.3 days
.Maurice Jones-Drew (RotoWire) Jones-Drew, in the wake of the last-second kneel-down that cost thousands of fantasy owners their games on Sunday, has promised to score more to make up for his fantasy misdeed, according to ESPN.com. Analysis: Jones-Drew noted that "you should tell those 10,000 (the approximate number of ESPN players who lost their fantasy games last week due to Jones-Drew not scoring that final touchdown)) I will score next time."3 days
.Norwood practices for first time in a month (FFChamps) Atlanta Falcons' running back Jerious Norwood practiced with the team for the first time in over a month, albeit on a limited basis. The Falcons' No. 2 back has been out since October 18th with a hip injury, and seems unlikely to play a significant role this Sunday against the New York Giants. With starter Michael Turner also likely being sidelined due to his high ankle sprain, third-stringer Jason Snelling should get the start in New York. Analysis: Norwood is an explosive back... 76.Winslow misses practice (Rotoworld) Kellen Winslow (knee) was limited in Bucs practice Wednesday. Analysis: Winslow probably just got a late-season workday off. He is coming off a seven-catch, 102-yard thrashing of the Dolphins and should play in Week 11.4 days

.Jason Snelling (RotoWire) Snelling is preparing to start Sunday against the Giants, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. Neither Jerious Norwood (hip) nor Michael Turner (ankle) practiced on Wednesday. Analysis: Neither Norwood nor Turner has been ruled out, but both seem unlikely to play against the Giants. Analysis: White has been routinely been limited or held out of practice lately, but the alleged knee injury didn't affect his Week 10 numbers. He had 98 yards on seven catches against a Carolina pass defense that ranks No. 4 in the NFL.4 days
.Raiders | McFadden not an option to return kicks (KFFL) Jerry McDonald, of ANG Newspapers, reports Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden will not be used as a kick returner, according to head coach Tom Cable, despite having success in that role in college. 5 days
.Morgan officially named starter (Rotoworld) 49ers coach Mike Singletary has officially named Josh Morgan his starting flanker. Analysis: Morgan has started the last two games ahead of Isaac Bruce, so this isn't exactly huge news. In those two starts, Morgan has caught five passes for just 33 yards. He has a lot of talent but he's really the fourth option here at best. Let someone else pick him up.5 days
.Jason Snelling (RotoWire) As it stands now, and if he's healthy enough, Jerious Norwood (hip) appears to be the starting running back for the Falcons if Michael Turner (ankle) is not available for Sunday against the Giants, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Analysis: Keep in mind, however, that Snelling had more rushing attempts than Norwood before he got injured, while Norwood was used more so in short-yard passing plays out of the flat. Despite Turner's injury status, which should be sorted out by the end of the week, Snelling has been producing well this season even with Turner in the line up.5 days
.Manning says again that foot is fine (Rotoworld) Eli Manning re-iterated that the foot injury that bothered him early in the season is a non-issue as the Giants come out of their bye. Analysis: "That injury I think is kind of over and done with," Manning said. "A week off and not practicing and not putting any pressure on the body or the arm definitely helps, refreshes the whole body." Manning is more of a QB2 even in a plus matchup with the Falcons this week. 6 days
.Josh Morgan (RotoWire) Morgan will once again be a starting wide receiver for the 49ers, replacing Isaac Bruce opposite Michael Crabtree, the San Francisco Chronicle reports. Analysis: Morgan initially went to the bench when Crabtree was finally signed, but Bruce has been enough of a disappointment to warrant Morgan's insertion back into the starting job. However, he remains a questionable fantasy start because of his slot in the receiving options behind Vernon Davis, Crabtree and Frank Gore.6 days
.Mason Crosby (RotoWire) Crosby was 1-for-2 on field goals and 2-for-2 on extra points in Sunday's win over the Cowboys. Analysis: Crosby pushed a 52-yarder to the left but rebounded by drilling a 48-yard attempt before halftime. He's still one of the top fantasy kickers available.6 days
.Aaron Rodgers (RotoWire) Rodgers completed 25 of 36 passes for 189 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over the Cowboys. He also ran for 15 yards and a touchdown. Analysis: The Cowboys generated a lot of pressure as expected, but the Packers largely negated the rush with a heavy dose of three-step drops and short throws. It helped Rodgers stay upright, but it didn't do much for his fantasy numbers in a game that was 3-0 entering the fourth quarter. It was just the second time all year Rodgers was held under 245 yards passing.6 days
.Turner has high ankle sprain (FFChamps) Updating an earlier report, Falcons running back Michael Turner reportedly does have a high ankle sprain rather than just an ankle sprain. The high ankle sprain diagnosis is being reported by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. It is unknown how long he will be sidelined, but the Falcons have re-signed Aaron Stecker for running back depth. Analysis: Jerious Norwood is ready to return from the strained right hip flexor that has sidelined him the last four games. Norwood should be a... (More)6 days
.Falcons | Snelling could start in Week 11 (KFFL) ESPN.com reports Atlanta Falcons RB Jason Snelling could start in Week 11 if RB Michael Turner (ankle) is unable to play. 6 days
.Michael Turner does have high ankle sprain (FFToolbox) Atlanta Falcons stud running back Michael Turner does indeed have a high ankle sprain. Typically, a high-ankle sprain entails a recovery time of 4-6 weeks, but according to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports, the team is optimistic that Turner won't be shelved for as long as high ankle sprains usually keep players out because he doesn't have an extensive injury history. Turner ran for 111 yards on nine carries before he left the game with 9:08 left in the second quarter. He was replaced by Jason Snelling, who ran pretty well, albeit against a pret... (More)7 days
.Darren McFadden (RotoWire) McFadden (knee) returned to action on Sunday but had just four carries for 11 yards in the Raiders' loss to the Chiefs. Analysis: Fellow running backs Michael Bush and Justin Fargas both must have sensed that they could lose some playing time with McFadden back in action, because both of them played well against the Chiefs -- Bush ran for over 100 yards and Fargas scored a touchdown in his second straight game. Expect the Raiders to continue rotating their running backs in some fashion over the next few weeks.7 days
.Smith has praise for Snelling (Rotoworld) Falcons coach Mike Smith complimented the way Jason Snelling played after taking over for Michael Turner in Week 10. Analysis: Smith said Snelling doesn't have the explosiveness that Turner has, but runs the ball hard. Snelling came out of the game fine after missing the previous two weeks with a hamstring injury. With Turner likely out at least one game, Snelling will be the Falcons' feature back and is worth an add in all leagues.7 days
.Turner undergoes MRI on ankle (FFChamps) Falcons running back Michael Turner is undergoing an MRI on his injured right ankle today, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Turner sustained the injury during yesterday's game against the Panthers and left the stadium with his foot in a protective boot. Analysis: The injury has initially been reported as a high ankle sprain, but that will be definitively determined today. If it's a high ankle sprain, he could be sidelined up to a month or so. If it's your garden variety low ankle sprain, he might still miss some time. Either way, it's a huge loss for fantasy owners. Be prepared to ... (More)7 days
.MJD first to top 100 on Rex Ryan since 2... (Rotoworld) With 123 yards Sunday, Maurice Jones-Drew became the first running back to top 100 rushing yards against a Rex Ryan defense since Larry Johnson accomplished the feat in 2006. Analysis: Much of that can be attributed to the loss of NT Kris Jenkins (ACL), but Jones-Drew is enjoying an excellent season. He leads the league with 12 touchdowns while averaging 120 yards per game and 5.1 yards per carry in his first stint as the Jags' every-down back.7 days
.Raiders | McFadden quiet in return (KFFL) Jerry McDonald, of ANG Newspapers, reports Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (knee) had 11 yards rushing on four carries in his return to action in Week 10. 7 days
.Faulk nets 86 total yards in Week 10 los... (Rotoworld) Kevin Faulk ran 12 times for 79 yards and caught two passes for seven yards in Week 10 against the Colts. Analysis: Faulk and Laurence Maroney split the load in Indianapolis while Sammy Morris and Fred Taylor nursed injuries. Faulk ran hard and effectively but is still buried in a running back rotation and has little fantasy value.7 days
