.Vikings inactives (FFChamps) The Minnesota Vikings have declared the following players as inactive for today's game against the Seattle Seahawks: CB Antoine Winfield, QB Sage Rosenfels, RB Albert Young, C Jon Cooper, LB Erin Henderson, DT Fred Evans, WR Jaymar Johnson and DL Jayme Mitchell. Analysis: Winfield is the only notable on this list. He warmed-up today with the hopes of playing, but the Vikings are being cautious, and will keep him out one more week. Bernard Berrian has been listed as questionable ... (More)1 hour
.Breaston limited Friday, should play Sunday (FFChamps) Arizona Cardinals' wide receiver Steve Breaston (knee) was limited in Friday's practice, but is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams. Analysis: Breaston should play, and the Cardinals will throw. The Rams' secondary gets torched on a regular basis, and this weekend should be no different. Breaston is a top-15 play at wideout this Sunday, and owners should insert him into their Week 11 starting lineups in all formats.1 day
.Jones limited, questionable (FFChamps) Houston Texans' wide receiver Jacoby Jones (calf) was limited in practice Friday, and is listed as questionable for Monday night's game against the Tennessee Titans. Analysis: Jones was limited in practice, and appears will not be 100% by gametime, even with the extra day to rest and heal. Jones is a supremely athletic wideout with big play potential in the Texans' high octane offense. He is terribly inconsistent though. Obviously, as long as robo-receiver Andre Johnson is in town, Jones will never be more than a second option. More)1 day
.Berrian limited again (FFChamps) Minnesota Vikings' wide receiver Bernard Berrian (hamstring) was limited in practice again on Friday, and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks. Analysis: Sidney Rice and Percy Harvin are both better targets at this point, and Visanthe Shiancoe is the preferred red-zone target for Old Man Favre. Hamstrings have a tendency to linger and limit a player's burst off the line, and both have been true for Berrian. However, all that said, Berrian still has fantasy value, and if healthy, could make for a decent N... (More)1 day
.Gates practices, is probable (FFChamps) San Diego Chargers' tight end Antonio Gates practiced in full on Friday, and is listed as probable against the Denver Broncos. Analysis: It's the biggest game of the year in the AFC West (a.k.a., the ONLY game in the AFC West that will matter all year), so expect Gates to suit-up and be roaming the middle of the suddenly Charmin-esque Broncos' defense come Sunday. Unfortunately for Gates, a certain Brian Dawkins also calls this territory home, and though Denver has shown cracks the last few weeks, we think Dawkins' presence downgrades Gates to a borderline No. 1/No. 2 fantasy tight end this weekend.1 day
.Vikings | Berrian questionable for Week 11 (KFFL) Minnesota Vikings WR Bernard Berrian (hamstring) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 20. He is listed as questionable for Week 11 and is expected to play. 1 day
.Berrian listed as questionable (Rotoworld) Bernard Berrian (hamstring) was limited in practice again Friday and is listed as questionable for Week 11. Analysis: Whether or not Berrian's injury is limiting his explosiveness, he's not a fantasy option against the Seahawks. Berrian hasn't topped 47 yards in six weeks.1 day
.Bernard Berrian (RotoWire) Berrian (hamstring) is listed as questionable this week against Seattle, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. Analysis: Berrian was able to play last week and the hamstring didn't appear to be an issue so the questionable tag is a bit of a surprise. Watch his status before kickoff if you're considering him for your lineup.1 day
.Breaston limited again (Rotoworld) Steve Breaston (knee, probable) was limited in Friday's practice. Analysis: Breaston, however, will be active at St. Louis. He's always a fine WR3 bet against porous defensive backfields. The Rams are 25th against the pass.1 day
.Steve Breaston (RotoWire) Breaston (right knee) is probable for Sunday's game. Analysis: He has been a fixture on the Cardinals' injury reports this season, but he participated in all of this week's practices and he should be available for normal duty as the Cardinals' third receiver and top punt returner on Sunday.1 day
.Cardinals | Breaston probable for Week 11 (KFFL) Darren Urban, of AZCardinals.com, reports Arizona Cardinals WR Steve Breaston (knee) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 20. He is listed as probable for Week 11 and is expected to play. 1 day

.Breaston should play Week 11 (TheHuddle) Updating a previous report, AZCardinals.com reports Arizona Cardinals WR Steve Breaston (knee) should be able to play in Week 11. Analysis: Breaston will return to his No. 3 role now that Anquan Boldin seems to have healed from his sprained ankle.2 days
.Berrian limited again in Thursday's prac... (Rotoworld) Bernard Berrian (hamstring) was limited again in Thursday's practice. Analysis: Berrian is expected to play against the Seahawks, but he's fallen behind Sidney Rice and Percy Harvin while battling the nagging hamstring injury. Keep him on fantasy benches.2 days
.Cardinals | Breaston should play Week 11 (KFFL) Updating a previous report, Darren Urban, of AZCardinals.com, reports Arizona Cardinals WR Steve Breaston (knee) should be able to play in Week 11. 2 days
.Cardinals | Breaston limited Thursday (KFFL) Darren Urban, of AZCardinals.com, reports Arizona Cardinals WR Steve Breaston (knee) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 19. 2 days
.Steve Breaston limited Thursday (Rotoworld) Steve Breaston (knee) was limited again in Thursday's practice. Analysis: Breaston will play in his customary No. 3 receiver role against the Rams, and we have him ranked as the No. 28 fantasy option at wide receiver this week.2 days
.Leon Washington ahead of schedule (Rotoworld) Leon Washington said Thursday that he's ahead of schedule in his return from a broken leg and hopes to rejoin the team in March for the off-season conditioning program. Analysis: Washington's injury was a double open fracture in his right leg, where the broken tibia and fibular bones came through the skin. A steel rod was placed in his leg, and Washington is beyond the point where infection is a concern. "They expect me to have a full recovery and they're real surprised at my mobility right now," said Washington. 2 days
.Jets | Washington hopes to work during offseason workouts (KFFL) Updating an earlier report, Rich Cimini, of the New York Daily News, reports New York Jets RB Leon Washington (leg) said he hopes to be able to work out with the team when the Jets start their offeseason program in March. "My goal is, which I'm very optimistic about, is to get back in March for initial training. I want to be moving around pretty good. I want to be able to work out with the guys … I'm very optimistic about that. I have faith about it. I look forward to it. The way I'm moving right now, I'm right on target," Washington said. 2 days
.Steve Breaston (RotoWire) Breaston (right knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. Analysis: He has been playing through this injury for months and he should do so again on Sunday against the Rams.3 days
.Vikings | Berrian limited Wednesday (KFFL) Chip Scoggins, of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, reports Minnesota Vikings WR Bernard Berrian (hamstring) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 18. 3 days
.Bernard Berrian (RotoWire) Berrian (hamstring) was limited in practice on Wednesday, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. Analysis: He was able to play last week despite the ailment and didn't appear to have a setback, so this is probably minor. Still, continued hamstring problems haven't helped a diminishing role in the offense.3 days
.Berrian limited Wednesday (Rotoworld) Bernard Berrian (hamstring) was limited in Wednesday's practice. Analysis: Berrian is likely to play in Week 11, but isn't 100% and hasn't topped 47 yards since Week 4. He's a weak fantasy bet versus Seattle, even as a WR3.3 days
.Cardinals | Breaston limited Wednesday (KFFL) Darren Urban, of AZCardinals.com, reports Arizona Cardinals WR Steve Breaston (knee) was limited in practice Wednesday, Nov. 18. 3 days
.Steve Breaston limited (Rotoworld) Steve Breaston (knee) was limited in Cardinals practice Wednesday. Analysis: Breaston is in no danger of sitting out Week 11 at St. Louis. He is coming off a four-reception, 79-yard, one-touchdown effort against the Seahawks.3 days
.Berrian admits hamstring has frustrated ... (Rotoworld) Bernard Berrian admitted that his lingering hamstring injury has frustrated him. Analysis: Berrian originally hurt the hamstring during the preseason and then re-injured it on Oct. 25. He's been limited in practice ever since and struggled with explosiveness. Berrian has caught just 30 of the 55 balls that have come his way this season and he's best left on benches until we see he's healthy.4 days
.Ravens | Rice scores Week 10 (KFFL) The Associated Press reports Baltimore Ravens RB Ray Rice had 20 carries for 89 yards with a touchdown Week 10. He also caught three passes for 15 receiving yards. 5 days
.Rice scores only TD in game on MNF (Rotoworld) Ray Rice rushed for 89 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries in Monday night's 16-0 win over the Browns. Analysis: Rice also added three catches for 15 yards and scored his 13-yard TD against a Browns defense that only had ten players on the field. Many of his carries came late in the game when the Ravens were running out the clock and trying to get out of town. Rice and the Ravens face the Colts in Week 11 before having Pittsburgh at home in Week 12.5 days
.Thomas Jones (RotoWire) Jones carried 21 times for 77 yards with a touchdown in Sunday's loss to the Jaguars. Analysis: Now that every running back in the league is past his bye week, it's worth mentioning that only eight backs have more rushing yards than Jones (781). Factor in his eight TDs in nine games and it's clear that Jones is worth plugging into your lineup every week as long as he remains healthy.5 days
.Visanthe Shiancoe (RotoWire) Shiancoe had three receptions for 43 yards in Sunday's win over Detroit. Analysis: Tight end Jeff Dugan got a touchdown reception in the red zone that usually goes to Shiancoe. However, we don't think that will start to become a trend as Dugan has four receptions all season.5 days
.V-Jax kept in check by double teams (Rotoworld) The Eagles used double-coverage on Vincent Jackson throughout his one-catch performance Sunday. Analysis: "They were very careful, and were not going to let us get the ball upfield to Vincent, and they doubled him most of the game," said coach Norv Turner. Instead, the Eagles left the middle of the field open for Antonio Gates to catch seven passes. V-Jax has emerged as one of the most dominant receivers in the league, so don't expect a repeat against Denver this week.6 days
.Cowboys | Romo throws for 251 yards in Week 10 (KFFL) The Associated Press reports Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo went 24-for-39 for 251 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Week 10. 6 days
.Tony Romo falls to 13-1 in November (Rotoworld) Tony Romo completed 24-of-39 passes for 251 yards, one TD, and one interception in Dallas' Week 10 loss. He also scrambled for six yards. Analysis: The Packers brought constant heat, sacking Romo five times and forcing him to fumble twice. The second was recovered by Green Bay at Dallas' four-yard line, leading to a Packers touchdown. Romo falls to 13-1 lifetime in the month of November. He's still showing excellent accuracy and mostly sound decision making, but has a difficult matchup against Washington in Week 11.6 days
.Steve Breaston (RotoWire) Breaston (right knee) caught four passes for 79 yards and a touchdown in Week 10. Analysis: He now has a touchdown in back-to-back games. Even though he is Arizona's No. 3 receiver, Breaston is getting a solid number of red-zone looks (eight in eight games). He is also good at stretching the field; he leads the Cardinals with 11 receptions of 20 or more yards.6 days
.Breaston posts 79 yards, TD in Week 10 (Rotoworld) Steve Breaston caught four passes for 79 yards and a touchdown against the Seahawks in Week 10. Analysis: Seahawks corner Marcus Trufant was expecting help over the top, and Breaston was left uncovered or a 28-yard score in the second quarter. He added another touchdown just before the half, but it was called back on a holding penalty. Breaston has been over 50 yards in every game but one this season, and he remains a WR3 fantasy play next week.6 days
.Roy E. Williams finally posts 100-yard g... (Rotoworld) Roy E. Williams caught five balls for 105 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys' Week 10 loss to Green Bay. Analysis: Williams is benefiting from the heavy attention Miles Austin now commands. He tied Austin and Jason Witten for a team-high nine targets and posted his first 100-yard receiving effort in 25 games. It wasn't all gravy for Roy E., however. He fumbled after a 41-yard catch and had a key drop at the start of the third quarter. Still, consider him a WR2 going forward. He has 180 yards in his last two games, and two TDs in his last three.6 days
.Chargers | Rivers throws two TD passes Week 10 (KFFL) The Associated Press reports San Diego Chargers QB Philip Rivers was 20-for-25 for 231 yards with two touchdown passes Week 10 against the Philadelphia Eagles. 6 days
.V-Jax has very quiet game in win (Rotoworld) Vincent Jackson had just one catch for 10 yards in Sunday's win over the Eagles. Analysis: It's hard to explain this stat line. Jackson was not hurt at all and was covered by special teamer Dimitri Patterson for much of the game after Sheldon Brown (hamstring) left. The Chargers focused on the running game and just didn't make an effort to get the ball to V-Jax. Expect him to bounce back even in a tough matchup at Denver next week.6 days
.Rivers accurate in victory (Rotoworld) Phillip Rivers completed 20-of-25 passes for 231 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's win over the Eagles. Analysis: It wasn't a monster fantasy day, but Rivers was almost flawless in real life. He was incredibly accurate and moved well in the pocket. Rivers didn't even use Vincent Jackson and was still effective. He's a QB1 even in a tough matchup at Denver next week.6 days
.Vikings | Peterson scores twice Week 10 (KFFL) The Associated Press reports Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson rushed for 133 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries in Week 10. 6 days
.Cowboys RT, Columbo breaks leg (FFChamps) Cowboys starting right tackle Marc Colombo broke his left leg in their game against the Packers on Sunday. Colombo, a longtime pillar of the Cowboys offensive line since 2006, got injured in the first quarter when he was blocking for Marion Barber when Packers defensive end Johnny Jolly rolled up the back of Colombo's leg. Soon after Colombo was taken away for X-rays, the team announced the break in the left fibula during the second quarter. Analysis: The Cowboys have had a difficult time getting their running game going in recent games and losing Colombo will not help in this matter. Look for less p... (More)6 days
.Shiancoe quiet once again (Rotoworld) Visanthe Shiancoe caught three passes for 43 yards in Sunday's win over the Lions. Analysis: The red zone opportunities were limited by two Adrian Peterson fumbles, but backup tight end Jeff Dugan did get open for a touchdown on a goal-line play. Shiancoe's value is almost entirely in his touchdowns, making him a TE2 heading into next week's game against the Seahawks.6 days
.Berrian plays through injury (Rotoworld) Bernard Berrian caught three passes for 22 yards in Sunday's win over the Lions. Analysis: Berrian played through his nagging hamstring injury and wasn't a huge part of the offense. He was targeted on a slant pattern in the end zone but the ball was thrown behind him. Until Berrian gets completely healthy, he won't have his explosiveness and will be a low-end fantasy option.6 days
.Peterson runs over Vikings, but fumbles ... (Rotoworld) Adrian Peterson rushed 18 times for 133 yards with two touchdowns and caught two passes for 10 yards in Sunday's win over the Lions. Analysis: Peterson could have had an absolutely huge game if he didn't fumble twice, including once when he could have scored. It really wasn't fair for the Lions as Peterson broke tackle after tackle and also outran their entire team. He gets a neutral matchup with the Seahawks next week.6 days
.Thomas Jones runs for 77 yards, TD in lo... (Rotoworld) Thomas Jones rushed 21 times for 77 yards and one touchdown in Week 10 against the Jaguars. Analysis: Jones got double-digit carries in both halves despite spending a big chunk of the third quarter on the sidelines in favor of Shonn Greene. His touchdown came at the goal line in the fourth quarter and put the Jets up with five minutes left before the Jaguars' reclaimed the lead.6 days
.Vikings inactives for Week 10 (FFChamps) The Minnesota Vikings have announced the following players as inactive for today's game against the Detroit Lions: CB Antoine Winfield, third QB Sage Rosenfels, WR Jaymar Johnson, RB Albert Young, LB Erin Henderson, C Jon Cooper, DE Jayme Mitchell, and DT Letroy Guion. Analysis: Winfield is the only regular contributor here, and the Vikings' stars (Favre, Peterson, Rice, Harvin) are all set to feast on the Lions this Sunday. The good news is that wide receiver More)7 days
