	The following rule proposal passed 9-0 (Hooligans, Belmont Hoodsters, and RyDog failed to vote). Proposal: Remove the requirement to e-mail starting lineups and free agency moves from the rules.  Replace e-mail requirement with starting lineups and free agency moves will be submitted thru the league site.
